Abstract | In recent years, phosphoproteomic technologies have increased our understanding of cellular signaling networks. Here, we frame recent phosphoproteomics-based advances in the context of the DNA damage response and ErbB receptor family signaling and offer a perspective on how the molecular insights arising from the integration of such proteomic approaches might be used for clinical applications. |
